Section 12
Digital and channel execution
Channel strategy and digital brand presence
Digital and channel execution assesses the quality and consistency of the brand's implementation across digital surfaces. Website, social media and digital campaigns are the primary brand experience for most audiences – and this is where brand strategy is either translated into reality or fragments.
A brand can have a clear strategy and strong visual guidelines – and still appear inconsistent digitally. The cause is typically either channel fragmentation (surfaces with different owners and no shared governance) or an implementation gap (the strategy is defined but not operationalised to channel-specific formats and workflows). brandvju assesses whether the brand's expression is coherent across website, LinkedIn and other relevant surfaces – and whether the digital brand presence reflects the identity and promise the brand communicates.
What brandvju assesses
What the analysis is based on – and what it points towards
The analysis is based on the digital surfaces that are available and shared as input. Social media cannot be crawled, because the platforms block access and the search engines’ copy can be years old. Posts, advertising and physical implementation are therefore only included if you add them to the material archive. When you do, the engagement figures visible in the material are read as the market’s response to the brand. Actual reach and full engagement data are still not part of the brand analysis.
