Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

All purchases on brandvju.com are processed via Paddle.com Market Limited, which is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, VAT and the right of withdrawal. Paddle is the legal seller towards you as the buyer.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you purchase as a private individual within the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal lapses when you actively request and gain access to the digital content within the withdrawal period, and you consent to this upon purchase.

Subscription refunds

Subscriptions are ongoing and billed in advance. We do not offer refunds for periods already started. You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current period.

Ad hoc purchase refunds

Ad hoc purchases (analysis without subscription) are not refunded once the analysis has been completed and the analysis report is available to you. If a technical error prevents access to the report, we will handle this individually — contact us at info@brandvju.com.

How to request a refund

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their buyer terms. You can contact Paddle directly via paddle.com or write to us at info@brandvju.com and we will forward your request.
