Built on 13 recognised models from research and practice, consolidated into one methodological foundation.
Translated to clear actions
You get prioritised recommendations with concrete next steps and a timeline.
Prioritised by impact
We show you what moves the needle most – and when it makes sense to get started.
12-month timeline
See what needs to happen now, later and long term – gathered in one plan.
3 types of recommendations
For your own brand, your position against competitors and the concrete material you work with.
Market neutral
Works across all industries and markets – B2B and B2C.
Brand assistants
Finders for archetype, voice and core story. BrandWriter writes the copy in the brand voice.
The campaign has to ship. The content has to go out. The quarter has to close. And the brand waits, again.
The short term consistently crowds out the long term. Not out of ill will, but by structure. The brand is the company's most durable asset, yet it is only built if someone works on it systematically.
The analysis
“We are always doing something. But I can't see whether the brand is actually getting stronger.”
You get a structured diagnosis of where the brand stands: what is strong, what is unclear, and what should be prioritised. Fifteen sections, gathered into one assessment.
The recommendations
“Management thinks in quarters. I have a hunch, not an argument.”
You get prioritised recommendations with rationale and timing. So you enter the meeting with insight instead of gut feeling.
Ready to use
“I need others to carry it out, but I lack a clear starting point to give them.”
Each recommendation is concrete and action-oriented, with a clear next step. You can use them directly as a brief, internally for the team or externally for your agency.
BrandCheck and competitor analysis
“I don't know whether what we put out actually looks like us.”
BrandCheck measures a text, an image, a page or a post against your own identity. And the competitor analysis shows both where the competitor is weak and which space is credibly left for you.
The Finder process
“We roughly know where we stand. Now we need to decide who we want to be.”
The Finder process sets the direction: archetype, Tone-of-Voice and core story. Alone, or together with up to 9 participants you invite in via a link. Set the result as your desired profile, and the platform works from where you want to be, not only where you stand today.
BrandWriter
“I have to write something that sounds like us. But what is ’us’, really, when I'm facing the blank page?”
BrandWriter writes from the analysis brandvju has already made of you. Archetype, Tone-of-Voice and core story are not something laid on top of the text. That is where the text starts. And a new analysis documents afterwards that it moved the needle.
Prioritisation
“I have a list of things I ought to do for the brand. I just don't know which one to start with.”
The recommendations are placed in a matrix by impact and effort. You see at once what the quick wins are, and what the heavy, strategic moves are.
Progress over time
“We spent time on the brand last year. Now management asks what it actually delivered.”
A new analysis is held up against the previous one. You get documented what has moved, and what is still missing. In black and white.
Coherence
“Each department communicates in its own way. Together it doesn't really hang together.”
Brand Harmony measures whether the brand's elements pull in the same direction. You see where the coherence holds, and where it falls apart.
Employer brand
“We struggle to attract the right people. I don't know whether it's our employer brand that's lagging.”
The analysis also looks at how the brand comes across as a workplace. You get a picture of what you signal to the people you want to hire.
Visual expression
“Our visual expression has grown by chance. I can't explain why some of it works.”
The analysis reads the visual signals and the traits that make you recognisable. You get language for what used to be a gut feeling.
New in the role
“I've just landed in the role. I need to understand quickly where the brand stands, without spending a month on it.”
You start with a link to the website. No preparation, no gathering of materials. One integrated diagnosis you can read straight away.
Shareable voice
“Every time someone new writes for us, I start over explaining how we sound.”
The Tone-of-Voice profile captures your voice in something concrete. You hand it to anyone who writes for you, and skip explaining it every time.
Market position
“I know what we do. I'm just not sure what sets us apart from the others.”
The analysis looks at where you stand in the field, and which space is credibly left for you. You spot what is actually yours.

Three ways to analyse
Brand analysis
The full analysis of your own brand. 15 sections, Brand Index and Brand Rose, gathered into one diagnosis.
Competitor analysis
The same methodological foundation, but the perspective is reversed: we find the open positions the competitor leaves behind.
BrandCheck
Measure a text, a page, an image or a document against your brand identity, or pick something from the material archive. Get two reasoned scores: consistency and differentiation.
A brand does not live on a website alone
It also lives on the shop front, the signage, the delivery van, the uniform, the packaging and in the post on LinkedIn. None of it can be fetched automatically, however good the technology. Social platforms block everything that is not logged in, and a shop front does not exist online at all.
In the material archive you add the material yourself. It is read once and then feeds every new analysis. That is what turns the analysis into a full brand analysis rather than a purely online one.
Physical material
Shop front, signage, packaging, vehicle wrap, uniform and exhibition stand. Photograph it and add it.
Social media
Organic posts in your own voice. Save a screenshot, and they feed the analysis with the right date.
Ads and campaigns
Print, poster, outdoor and banners. Material produced with strategic intent that rarely exists online.
Articles and coverage
Written by others about you, including behind paywalls. Judged as the outside view, never as your own voice.
Recommendations that create real change
Concrete and action-oriented
Each recommendation is specific, realistic and ready to execute.
Prioritised across 3 levels
Critical, important and consider – so you always know what delivers the greatest impact first.
Linked to a 12-month timeline
See what needs to happen now, later and long term – with clear timing.
3 types of recommendations
For your own brand, your position against competitors and the concrete material you work with.
Impact/Effort matrix
See the recommendations grouped by impact and effort, so you know where you get the most for the effort first.
Assistants that strengthen your work
Archetype Finder
Find the archetype that best fits your brand – and see how you can strengthen it in practice.
Tone-of-Voice Finder
Define your Tone-of-Voice so your brand sounds like you – inspired by Nielsen Norman Group's model.
Story Finder
Get help finding the core story that creates meaning and resonance with your audience.
Run a Finder yourself, or invite up to 9 participants via a link. Participants you invite need no account of their own. The result reveals both shared direction and differences, before you decide which profile to set as desired.
BrandWriter
Writes communication in your own brand voice, grounded in archetype and Tone-of-Voice.
Improve a text you already have. The optimisation builds on a BrandCheck and uses the weaknesses it found as targets. The meaning is preserved, and the text keeps its own language. You get a before-and-after score on consistency and differentiation, and can refine with a single click.
Write from scratch based on a short brief. You choose the content type and length, describe the occasion and optionally attach material as files or links. The text is written in the brand's voice and follows a recommended structure for the type.
- Writes towards your current brand identity or towards a desired profile.
- Follows a recommended structure for each of the eight content types.
- Invents no facts. Missing details appear as visible placeholders for you to fill in.
- Works with text only. The visual side you assess with BrandCheck.
The Brand Rose: the whole brand in one picture
A visualisation of the main results of the analysis. Twelve brand models and the Brand Index gathered in one graphic, plus a separate harmony measure.
A separate measure of whether the brand's elements pull in the same direction. Section 13, kept outside the Brand Index.
See where the brand stands, what is holding it back, and what you should do first.
