brandvju.com is operated by brandvju (Martins Tech Garage ApS, CVR 40172823, Nytorv 3, 4. th, 1450 Copenhagen K, Denmark) — hereinafter “brandvju”, “we”.

The service

brandvju is a web-based tool that analyses and provides recommendations for companies' brands based on a link to the company's website and any additional material submitted by the user.

Account

Access to brandvju requires a verified business email address. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and for keeping your access secure.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly and come in three types: Subscription at 249 DKK/month, Consultant at 499 DKK/month and Agency at 999 DKK/month, all excl. VAT. Enterprise is agreed individually. All subscriptions carry a commitment period of 3 months from the date of registration. Ad hoc purchases cost 699 DKK excl. VAT with no commitment.

The subscription types differ in the number of users on the account and in the monthly credit allowance. The current terms for each type are stated on our pricing page.

Changing between subscription types is not self-service. Write to info@brandvju.com and we will arrange the change. An upgrade can take effect immediately, whereas a downgrade takes effect at the next billing period.

During the commitment period, the subscription cannot be cancelled. After the commitment period expires, the subscription transitions to ongoing monthly cancellation with effect from the end of the current period.

Payment, invoicing, VAT and right of withdrawal are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, which is our Merchant of Record for all purchases. By making a purchase, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms, which you can find at paddle.com.

Use of the service

Analyses and recommendations from brandvju are advisory and based on publicly available material as well as what you submit yourself. They do not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice and should be read as a professional basis for decision-making, not as a final assessment. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the analyses in relation to your specific situation.

Content from brandvju may be used in your own work, including when advising a client on that client's own brand, and may be shared with the client the analysis concerns. It may not be resold as a standalone product or offered as your own analysis service.

Intellectual property

The methodology, the platform and the material brandvju generates as part of the service belong to Martins Tech Garage ApS. You have the right to use your own analyses and recommendations in your work, including when advising the client the analysis concerns.

Automated analysis

brandvju uses automated analysis — including AI technology — to generate reports, scorecards and recommendations. The results are based on publicly available material and material you submit yourself, and should be read as a professional basis for decision-making, not as a final assessment. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the analyses in relation to your specific situation. The AI technology we use at any given time is stated in our privacy policy.

Liability

brandvju is provided “as is”. We do our best to deliver precise and relevant analyses, but cannot guarantee a specific outcome for your company. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the analyses.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. See our refund policy for details on right of withdrawal and refunds.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible after the commitment period has expired and takes effect at the end of the current payment period. Cancellation during the commitment period is invalid and the subscription continues until the commitment period expires with full payment obligations. We may cancel or suspend your access in the event of misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law.
